These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Lantern Tech Inc. (“Lantern,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Lantern platform, including all related software, services, APIs, and integrations (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Agreement: These Terms, any Order, and referenced policies.
- Order: A subscription agreement or order form specifying Services, fees, term, and usage limits.
- Services: The Lantern platform, including analytics, dashboards, insights, and integrations.
- User Content: Data or content submitted to the Services by or on behalf of Customer.
- Authorized Users: Individuals permitted by Customer to use the Services.
2. Access and Use
Subject to the Agreement, Lantern grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.
- Customer is responsible for Authorized Users’ compliance with these Terms.
- Customer must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Customer may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services.
3. Intellectual Property
Lantern retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, models, documentation, and proprietary technology.
Customer retains ownership of User Content. Customer grants Lantern a limited license to process User Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Feedback may be used by Lantern without restriction or obligation.
Customer grants Lantern a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer’s name and logo solely to identify Customer as a Lantern customer in standard marketing materials (such as customer lists, website logo displays, and case studies), subject to Customer’s published brand guidelines. Customer may opt out at any time by written notice to support@asklantern.com, and Lantern will cease new use and remove existing use within a commercially reasonable time.
4. Customer Data and AI Output
Customer represents that it has all rights necessary to submit User Content to the Services and that such content complies with applicable laws.
AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and may require human review. Customer remains responsible for decisions made using the Services.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may interoperate with third-party services. Lantern is not responsible for third-party functionality, availability, or data practices.
6. Fees and Payment
- Fees are specified in the applicable Order.
- Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
- Taxes are excluded unless explicitly included.
7. Term and Termination
The Agreement remains in effect for the term specified in the Order and renews automatically unless notice is provided at least 30 days before renewal.
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and data handling will follow the Privacy Policy.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lantern’s aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify Lantern against claims arising from User Content or misuse of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy
Lantern processes Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
Lantern does not sell Personal Data and does not use Customer data to train generalized AI models.
